CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

You may cancel your subscription for any reason at anytime. You will not be charge subscription costs if you cancel within the free trial period, however any data and or service related charges incurred by you during the free trial are not refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please cancel prior to your billing date as refunds will not be provided once billing has processed. If you cancel your account after the free trial, subscription costs and data and/service fees incurred by you are not refundable. Consultation fees paid in advance are not refundable. Deposits and/or set up fees paid by you to ConnectorCard LLC are not refundable once development work has begun for your project. Any fees or money paid by you through ConnectorCard LLC to any of our third party service providers are not refundable. Any High Level sub-accounts created by us, through us, or on your behalf and purchased through our any of our subscription plans will not be transferrable to another High Level agency unless all customized workflows, sites, automations, any proprietary systems, and other customizations and/or features provided to you by us have been removed. Any attempt to steal our proprietary technology or systems constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions and we will seek legal action to the fullest extent of the law. Once you cancel your account, all data contained therein will be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable. We are not responsible for data lost after cancellation. If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, additional set up fees may be required.
